Find the cause of the damage
A broken section can involve the panels, posts or the way the fence is supported. Describe where the damage is and whether nearby sections are also moving. Photos of the full fence line are more useful than a close-up alone.
Repair the affected sections
Discuss which parts remain usable and whether the repair will match the existing material and height. Ask about removal of damaged sections and access to both sides of the fence. Keep people away from loose panels or unstable posts.
